Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • honey as required
