Antioxidant Smoothie

Inspired by "Chlorophyll-Rich Smoothie" on Woman's Day

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1-2 bananas chopped
  • 1 chopped organic apple or pear
  • 1 cup chopped/torn organic kale, romaine, parsley, or any other dark organic greens
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. ground flax or chia seeds
