  • 12 oz water, milk, or yogurt
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • Ice as needed
  • Cinnamon to taste
