Inspired by "Balsamic Goji Berry Oats" on Blue Zones.
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons hempseeds
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
1. Place oats and 4 cups water in slow cooker, cover, and cook on high setting for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until oats are tender.
2. Stir in balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, seeds, and cherries.
3. Spoon into bowls and enjoy.
