Serious Autumn Business Shake

Inspired by "Vanilla Pumpkin Pie Shake" on Men's Health

Ingredients

  • 12 oz yogurt
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • cinnamon
  • Ice as needed

Directions

1. Blend

2. Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy with a spoon!
