Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 3 ice cubes
