Utterly Fearless Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Inspired by "Basic Blueberry Smoothie" on Woman's Day

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats and/or 2 tablespoons flax seed
